Simple thoughts. Practical challenges. Real growth.

A weekly Nugget from Joe Friszolowski and Mercy Drops Dream Center.
By Joe FriszolowskiHave you ever noticed that the things that matter most are usually built one ordinary day at a time?
Last week, we talked about keeping it simple. This week, I want to talk about something that makes every other value possible.
Consistency. It isn't flashy. Most people won't celebrate it. But I've learned that some of the most important things in life are built because someone simply refused to stop showing up.
One of our core values at Mercy Drops is Stay Consistent.
And I think this value holds all the others together. It's one thing to love people. It's another thing to love them consistently. It's one thing to dream big. It's another thing to keep believing in that dream when nobody else sees it yet. It's one thing to respect people. It's another thing to respect them every single day - even on the hard days. I've learned that consistency is what turns good intentions into a way of life. Showing Up Matters
There are a lot of days when showing up doesn't feel exciting.
Sometimes it feels repetitive. Sometimes it feels like you're doing the same thing over and over again. Sometimes you wonder if any of it is making a difference. I've had those thoughts too. But here's what I've seen over the years. Real change rarely happens because of one big moment. It happens because someone keeps showing up. Again. And again. And again. “Consistency isn't exciting. But it's often where the greatest change begins.” — Joe Friszolowski Small Faithful Steps
Around Mercy Drops, we've learned that trust isn't built overnight.
It grows one conversation at a time. One meal at a time. One visit. One prayer. One person deciding to come back tomorrow. The same is true in our own lives. Strong relationships aren't built in one afternoon. A healthy marriage isn't built in one anniversary. A deep faith isn't built in one Sunday morning. It's built in the ordinary moments when we choose to keep showing up. Consistency is what transforms small actions into lasting impact. this week's challenge:
Stay consistent.
