For nearly 10 years, our Founder and Chief Dream Officer Joe Friszolowski has shared his vision and mission for MDDC with individuals, organizations, businesses, and churches throughout Hampton Roads. These conversations have inspired the same vision in many others, leading us to launch Adopt-A-Block sites in and around this community.
It is our desire to create a network within our community to strengthen our voice as an agent of change, bringing hope alive to those forgotten.
