Season of Giving!
The Season of Giving is precisely what it sounds like: a time to focus on the needs in our community, work together to create a sustainable solution to those growing needs, and look forward to making a ripple effect that reaches into 2024.
From Thanksgiving meal distribution to Giving Tuesday to Christmas in Portsmouth to End-of-Year giving, this season holds opportunity after opportunity to make a wave of change and add extra warmth to the holidays and beyond!
This year, our goal is $100,000—yes, one hundred thousand dollars!
As we look at our Adopt-A-Blocks, our Dream Closet, those we assist with foster care, veterans, those experiencing homelessness, and every other aspect of our work here at Mercy Drops Dream Center, we want to lean more fully into our values of dreaming big, believing in the impossible, keeping it simple, being persistent, and staying consistent as we being to close out the year.
$100,000 will allow us to operate more sustainably through the spring, keeping our focus on what matters most - finding the forgotten and helping them build foundations so they can flourish in life.
