The Mercy Drops Dream Center Job Placement Program is designed to help every individual looking for employment find a position. This program partners with local businesses and organizations to match up the skills you have with the positions they need filled.

Since 2014, MDDC has helped over 125 people find employment that they needed, and currently hold a 90% retention rate across all businesses!

We currently partner with local and international businesses such as Safelite Autoglass, Shared Hospital Services, Reliance Concrete, and many more!
